Spare Parts Management

One of the most important elements of after-sales services is spare parts management, it is an indispensable process when providing after-sales service of a product.

We continue the process from A to Z, from ordering the spare part from the manufacturer until it is delivered to the consumer.

We analyze all spare part requirements of the products and the necessary spare parts list is selected in proportion to the future product and requested by the manufacturer.

If the names of the spare parts are not in Turkish, their names are translated into Turkish, they are priced, and they are introduced to the system by inserting them into our software specially made for HTS Technic.

Incoming parts are checked, classified and stacked in our spare parts warehouse. According to the request of the service, the spare parts are shipped to the service and delivered to the consumer.
