Call Center

SYS’s American Televantage call center system is used at HTS. Our call center has a capacity of 16 Agents, 16 external lines and 32 domestic lines. Since calls for different companies are answered by the same operators, a synergy is created between companies and the productivity of employees increases.

 

Widespread Service Network

HTS currently has contracts with a total of 1250 service points in Turkey for white goods, small household appliances and electronics. Since HTS provides service to more than one company, unlike distributor companies, it can make service agreements even in small districts.
