As a result of different inspections and surveys, deficiencies in the services are identified and warnings are made to the services. When these warnings reach a certain number or are ignored, alternative service operations are initiated.

In addition, the information of all services and technicians that HTS works with is kept in a database. This database is constantly kept up to date. A database of potential services is also available and used when needed.
