In After-Sales Services; To create happy customers by providing fast and reliable service with accessible service.
VISSION
1- Identifying deficiencies in after-sales services and taking measures to prevent them
2- Inspecting the service provided and taking necessary precautions in case of any defects
3- Organizing behavioral training for authorized services and establishing behavioral standards
4- Organizing technical trainings and preparing technical bulletins and documents
5- Keeping spare parts stocks properly
6- Seeing the dealer – final consumer – service as a customer and measuring customer satisfaction
